The Great Outdoors Of Skylemar

At Skylemar, we enjoy and learn about our wonderful surroundings. There’s a ropes and challenge course, with high and low elements. Team building activities teach boys to work together.

Tucked in the woods, you'll find Skylemar's archery range. Certified archery instructors creatively teach safety, aim and accuracy.

Sky Pines is a unique part of Camp Skylemar. It’s a special, remote site for campers to learn camp craft and outdoor skills. Overnight campouts are complete with smores and breakfast cooked over the open fire.

"Yellowhorn" is a favorite outdoor-ed activity, especially for younger campers. At this outdoor site, campers enjoy hands-on science and nature activities. In just one day, campers might make ice cream, build and launch rockets, create "goo" or a "lava-spurting" volcano. Our weekly campfires at The Ring of Champions offer a time for the camp to come together for skits, camp songs and a visit from Skylemar’s own “Adventure Man”.
